Are tolls, airport and parking fees included in the price?
Charges such as tolls, airport fees, parking fees and event access fees will be added to the total upon completion of the trip when applicable.
Airport fees are charged directly to us by the airport and we have no control over these fees.
Parking fees for on street parking or parking garages may apply when the driver is required to park upon request of the client.
Event access fees may apply to concerts, sporting events or similar if these apply to the particular event you are attending. This will be at the discretion of the customer when booking if you wish to utilise these areas, unless mandatory by the event operators.
How much are the airport fees?
Airport fees vary between different cities and terminals, and generally have a minimum charge with the price increasing the longer the driver is in the pick up area.
To avoid excess fees above the minimum you can direct your driver to enter the terminal anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes after landing.
Cancellation charges
Cancellation charges are as follows for standard transfers. This is to compensate our drivers for their time as they are allocated in advance.
100% – less than 2 hours before booked time.
50% – 2-3 hours before booked time.
25% – 3-4 hours before booked time.
Cancellation charges for special events (weddings, formals, sport, concerts, daily hire and New Years Eve/Day) require a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise a 100% charge will apply.
Are there any charges to change my booking?
If you need to update your booking time, day, vehicle requirements or any other requests it is best you do so as soon as you can.
Any changes less than 4 hours from booking time may incur an additional fee at the operators discretion.
This does not apply to late running or cancelled flights.
Minimum charges for transfers and hourly hires
Minimum charges for standard transfers in all states start at $130.
Minimum charges for standard hourly hire is 2 hours at $150 per hour. Price decreases per hour for longer bookings.
Minimum charges for daily hire (12 hours per day) is $1500 per day. Price decreases for longer bookings.
Special event surcharges
Surcharges apply for the following transfers in order to compensate drivers for additional requirements and more complex pick up arrangements or expected traffic issues.
Sporting, concert or event return transfers – 75% added to price.
New Years Eve before midnight – 110% added to price.
New Years Eve after midnight (New Years Day) – 220% added to price.
New Years Eve hourly – 175% added to price.
Public holiday transfer and hourly hire – 25% added to price.
Wedding transfer – 100% added to price.
Formal transfer – 50% added to price.
Late night, overnight and early morning surcharges
Surchargers apply between the following times.
Late night, between 10PM and 1AM – 15% added to price.
Early morning, between 4AM and 6AM – 15% added to price.
Overnight between 1AM and 4AM – 25% added to price.
How much is waiting time if I am not ready at the booked time, or request the driver to wait between stops?
Free waiting times are as follows.
20 minutes for Domestic pick ups from the time the plane lands, plus any delayed entry time if requested.
45 minutes for International pick ups, plus any delayed entry time if requested.
10 minutes for all other transfers from the time of the booking.
Any waiting time after these time frames will incur $1.60 per minute fee for our Sedan, SUV and 7 Seater People Mover vehicles. Larger People Mover vehicles incur a $2.20 per minute fee.
Do you charge a payment processing fee?
We do not pass the processing fee onto the customer.
Do you offer corporate discounts for volume bookings?
